Dan Ayling Director / Company Manager
Dan Ayling is a freelance opera director and theatre company manager with 27 years experience working both nationally and internationally.
He has worked with singers including Julia Bullock, Allan Clayton, Iestyn Davies, Stephane Degout, Joyce DiDonato, Barbara Hannigan, Jakub Orlinksi, and Christopher Purves.
Dan has also worked with actors including Katie Brayben, Jim Broadbent, Simon Callow, Bertie Carvel, Stephen Dillane, Ralph Fiennes, Tom Hollander, Cush Jumbo, Tobias Menzies and Jonny Lee Miller.
He regularly collaborates wth Katie Mitchell as her Associate Director and has a long-standing working relationship with Rupert Goold and the Almeida Theatre as a Company Stage Manager.
